About the Course
The National Credit Act (NCA) Course for F&I Professionals is designed to provide Finance and Insurance professionals with a practical understanding of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005 and its application within the motor vehicle finance environment.
The course focuses on the legal and compliance requirements applicable to credit activities, consumer rights, credit agreements, responsible credit practices and the prevention of reckless credit and over-indebtedness.
The programme prepares learners for the National Credit Act examination facilitated by the Institute of Bankers South Africa (IOBSA). IOBSA confirms that candidates are required to achieve an average of 70% to pass the examination.

Learners who successfully complete the required IOBSA National Credit Act examination receive recognition for having met the examination requirements administered through the Institute of Bankers South Africa.
